Wayne Eames of Harmony Sound Five Points will show you how to take care of your guitar, tune it, change strings and more. Ashley Loertscher will teach a "Guitar 101" class - the notes, the chords, and songs for beginners.
ATTENDANCE IS LIMITED TO 15 PEOPLE - AGES 8 and UP
Ashley started playing guitar at 16, teaching herself on her sister’s classical guitar—which was never returned. She has been teaching beginning guitarists for 7 years.
She loves folk music, classics, and contemporary acoustic guitar songs, and is always happy to learn new songs her students request. Her favorite place to play guitar is around a campfire with family and friends singing along.
Outside of music, Ashley enjoys running marathons, backpacking, and spending time with her husband and three kids.
